By accessing or using GreenPeel Foods (the "Service"), currently operated by its founder as an early-stage venture prior to formal incorporation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

GreenPeel Foods provides AI-powered cosmetic skin analysis from a user-submitted photo or camera capture. The Service estimates a set of skin-related metrics (such as hydration, texture, and radiance) using computer vision and machine learning, along with plain-language explanations and visual heatmaps.

GreenPeel Foods is a cosmetic and informational tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. Results are AI-generated estimates for cosmetic and informational purposes only and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, a change in your skin, or before making decisions based on your results.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to use the Service. You agree to only submit photos of yourself, or of another person with their explicit consent, and to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of the Service.

Some features (such as saving your scan history) may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of any photo you submit. By submitting a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process that photo in order to generate your analysis, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your photos to train shared models without your separate, explicit consent, and we do not sell your photos or personal data.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying models, is the property of GreenPeel Foods' founder and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Submit photos of individuals without their consent;
• Use the Service to make medical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the underlying models or data;
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENPEEL FOODS' FOUNDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON YOUR RESULTS.

Our collection and use of personal data, including photos, is described in detail in our Privacy Policy and our Privacy & Data Protection page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service may rely on third-party infrastructure providers (for example, cloud hosting or storage) to operate. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the Service and are bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service, and request deletion of your account and data, at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
